Who I Am

I'm a Flutter developer from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, who just completed a Bachelor's in Informatics Economics at the Royal University of Law and Economics (2026) and the Mobile Application Development with Flutter program at ANT Training Center / MPTC / CBRD.

For my thesis I built KOMNIT, a complete bilingual (English/Khmer) library mobile app. At ANT I worked on NextGen-Scholars, a full-stack scholarship platform, where I owned the FastAPI/MongoDB backend and the Flutter web admin panel. I also self-learned the full stack — every feature you see here I designed, built, and integrated myself.

I care about clean UI, localization, and secure authentication — shipping features that actually work end-to-end.

My role: entire Flutter app
  • Full bilingual app (English + Khmer): login lockout, forced password change, avatar upload, email change with verification code
  • Book catalog with search & rich filters, room reservations with conflict logic, GPS-based library entry/exit, Firebase + Telegram push
  • GetX architecture (Binding → Controller → View), Dio JWT interceptor, centralized session handling — linter-clean, 13 tests passing
